"The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and rude. Check in girl was wonderful and the casino floor wait staff were also nice. "

"Property was well maintained and at the end of the road. Staff kept things clean and presented well. IF I had little kids the indoor pool and onsite drinks would have been nice but I didn’t really like facing into the idle pool area. The set up is odd with some rooms inward pool courtyard facing with glass doors (with shades?) and some outside facing. In my room the floor above was really squeaky, like trying to sleep during an animal balloon convention. Overall the location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown, felt safe and clean. It just didn’t suit me but fine for one night."
