"The check process was very efficient and we received a really warm welcome from Maria on reception. The room we were allocated was 132 was absolutely lovely especially the bathroom which had a huge shower and a large freestanding bath. The only downside was that there was a wedding function at the hotel and all the guests spilled out onto the terrace which was directly below our room. I went back to reception and mentioned the problem and Maria and the manager immediately offered an alternative room in a different part of the building. Our luggage was quickly transferred to the new room and we were able to have a great nights sleep. The attitude of all the staff we encountered was to make guests feel welcome."
