The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. We booked this hotel as we seen it advertised a pool table, when we arrived we found out it has been taken away. Very out dated rooms. When we arrived for breakfast the chairs in restaurant were disgusting, badly stained and all mis matched. The carpets hadnt even been hoovered and the tables where still dirty not been cleaned properly. Will not be staying there ever again. The room was basic, it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. This was booked as a no thrills stay for over Christmas and it ticked all the boxes, it is no thrills but it was clean, there was more than enough tea and coffee in the room. Room was very spacious and staff were great. Bed very comfortable and when asked for extra milk, tea and coffee staff were very accommodating. Improvements, bathroom is in need of repair to the bath also was very noisy in the room we had. From staff using the room opposite to people walking past.
