What was once two separate condominiums is now a single grand residence with 5 spacious bedrooms and multiple entertaining spaces. This home is ski-in, shuttle out and within walking distance of Beaver Creek Village. Two guest bedrooms, each with two queen beds and en suite bathrooms, are found on the ground floor. The primary and two junior suites are located on the upper floor. Each has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and TV. The primary suite boasts a built-in fireplace as well. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplaces are also found in the large living and game rooms. These spaces have two story windows, which bring in ample natural light and allow guests to enjoy lovely Beaver Creek views. Guests can also enjoy a friendly game of billiards with the brand-new pool table. The top floor offers more gathering space delivered by a designer kitchen and dining table for ten guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a slopeside patio with seating for four and a grill. There is also a bunk room with a twin over queen bed. The western-influenced décor of Wrangler Lodge is accentuated by original artwork, antique wood doors, and of course by its Colorado mountain setting. Guests of Wrangler Lodge also have access to a shared outdoor hot tub and outdoor pool within the complex. There are only ten other units with this access. Guests also have use of a two car garage and two ski lockers located just outside the front doors. Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Vail Butler representative will contact you to discuss. Park Hyatt Amenities Access Guests will have access to the amenities at the Park Hyatt, just a short walk away during your stay! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Up to fifteen (15) Park Hyatt amenities day passes per stay is provided by Vail Butler. Guests will gain access to the heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness center for 1 day of their choosing for each pass. Additional passes can be purchased from Vail Butler at our discounted rate. Full concierge services are also available. Dog Friendly! Well behaved, potty trained dogs with nicely clipped nails (to avoid floor damage) are accepted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Guests must disclose in advance they are bringing a dog. A $50 per night non refundable pet fee applies. Maximum 1 dog accepted, must be 50 pounds or less. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. We had a wonderful stay, the townhome was beautiful and perfect for 2 families. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. In the mornings we took the free shuttle to the gondola and in the evenings would ski right into the home- very convenient! There is a hot tub just a few steps away from the home which was great after a full day of skiing. In the evenings we would walk into the village which was super nice and easy. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The internet worked great as well! Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house very much. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Beaver Creek Village. We will be back! ##### Amanda P.
