Wouldn’t call the unit “upscale”. Carpet stained/burned in several places. Some cabinet doors won’t close. No Kleenex/lotion. But the location makes up for it. I like the property manager’s focus on making the stay easy (just leave at checkout…no taking out the trash or stripping the beds). However, they need to work on communication. We had some difficulty with check-in…ended up being our error but they never responded to our request for help. Also requested a late checkout through their portal (one of their perks) but never received a response. Despite all of this, I’m willing to give them another chance. ##### Derek H.
