Inside it's well-maintained, updated and very comfortable. Parking is convenient and close. Out the floor-to-ceiling windows are great views of the valley and golf course/walking path/xc ski path. Everyone we met on the golf course/walking path was super friendly, and their dogs all said hello too. Neighboring buildings block all the noise from the interstate. Most importantly, we were just 10-15 min from Vail's Lionshead-area ski lifts. Also easy, quick drive to Beaver Creek, Avon's stores/restaurants, and Edwards. ##### Rod F. Bed was very comfy. The location was great and for us will be even better in the summer due to the proximity of the golf courses and driving range. Our only disappointment is the fireplace is not a working one…so if you are someone who craves a fire on a cold day, not to be had here. I think the description could have been clearer on that point.
