Large 3-room Villa is part of the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, with full and free access to the luxury hotel's amenties including heated outdoor saline pool and the best hot tubs with mountain views in Colorado, great dining, high-end fitness club and spa services. Resort & Mountain Villas property is located on the Eagle River, with immediate access to miles of riverfront walk/bike path along with nearby hiking, golf, mountain biking, and rafting; and mountain activities at Vail (15 minutes), Beaver Creek (5 minutes) and Nottingham Lake (short walk to playgrounds, park, lake for fishing/SUP/etc). Dining, shopping and entertainment is a short walk away in the Town of Avon, with free shuttle service available to multiple spots in Vail Valley and around town.

Villa is a spacious 2 BR lockoff with mountain and river views, with updated and comfortable furniture and fixtures throughout. Bedrooms (king bed in one, king bed + sofa bed in other) are on either side of a center living room (with very nice queen sofabed). Center room has full kitchen with all dishes/utensils/small appliances, dishwasher, small laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer, large dining table, large sofa bed, and TV. Smaller bedroom also has kitchenette. Bathrooms are large and luxurious, with jetted tub in the larger bedroom. Four total beds (2 king, 1 queen sofabed, 1 full sofabed).

Villa and resort are great for families and kids of all ages, but sophisticated for adults as well. On-site market, restaurant, cocktail lounge, poolside bar & food, deli, bike shop, and Starbucks, plus Westin Kids club.
