Please meet SEA YOU SOON, a five-bedroom/four-full and one-half-bath home located just one lot back from the sandy Atlantic beach that checks all those boxes from the ground up. From the ground level, spend sunny days on the just-a-boardwalk-stroll-away beach or catching rays from a private poolside lounge chair. For those who have spent the day catching fish instead, there’s an outdoor shower and gas and charcoal grills to cook your soon-to-be-dinner. Just off the pool area, the home reveals the perfect kid lair where a room with two bunk beds, a full hallway bath and a game room with a foosball table and Smart TV give the younger family members their own private space. A laundry closet completes this floor. Discover three more bedrooms on the second level: a spacious king with an ensuite bath and deck access, along with a queen and another king that share a full hallway bath and access to a six-person hot tub on a screened-in porch. All of these bedrooms feature flat screen Smart TVs. The laundry washer gave out a day after we arrived so we had no means of washing our clothes for several days. After numerous calls to maintenance thy finally came towards the end of our stay. The worst part were numerous loose balusters on the railing on the second and third story balcony's. The screw was loose an allowed it to push aside so a child could easily have fallen out. ##### Daniel L.
