We take very good care of the property, seeking to give our guests the best of both a home and a hotel. Whether on the unit’s southwest deck, the pristine beach, or by the pool, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun in an area surrounded by nature. Grocery shopping and numerous restaurants are all within a five-minute drive, and Ocean Air Sports – a leading watersports center on the Outer Banks – is next door. This area is one of the most popular kiteboarding and windsurfing locations in the entire world, and it is equally renowned for its fishing. A beautiful canal gives access to Pamlico Sound, and public access to the ocean beach is only a ten-minute walk away. Given the Outer Banks’ concentration of federal and state protected lands, there are ample opportunities for nature-based recreation, and the area’s history is legendary. We provide all linens, towels, and products needed for your vacation, and are honored to bring our guests as healthy a vacation experience as possible. All soaps, detergents, and cleaners have been approved by the Environmental Working Group, and we provide 100% recycled paper products. We have installed the most advanced residential ceiling fans in the world, and have worked to optimize interior climate. We sincerely hope you appreciate our ethic of wanting to bring health to our planet and to people. Our interest in this unit is to tell a story about Outer Banks' nature. The art and natural elements exhibited in the dioramas are all local. Sure enough, the condo was wonderful in all respects. The views of the canal and out to the bay through the large windows in the living area and from the lovely balcony were so lovely. There was plenty of parking right in front of the property. The public beach a short walk across Rt. 12 was very clean and not at all crowded. We loved that the area was peaceful and not crowded while there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. My husband enjoyed two days of fishing from the pier where everything he needed was provided. Our daughter, husband, and two girls under 6 stayed in a nearby house on the ocean side . We found plenty of activities that we enjoyed at times together and at others seperately. The girls had a great time on the beach, at Studio 12 making pottery, and visiting the Aquarium about 45 minutes away. The condo is peaceful and attractive and has a lovely view of the water. It's close to shops and restaurants, but is set apart in a quiet area. It was a very nice place to stay. ##### Miriam A.
