Near a skating rink and surrounded by boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, there's tons to do in this awesome location! • Central Beaver Creek Location • Perfect Place to Recover After a Long Day • Central to Beaver Creek Village • Overlooks Hillside Welcome to our Standard 2-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo, which features: • Living Room: gas fireplace • Bedroom 1: one king bed • Bedroom 2: one queen bed and one twin bed • Bedroom 3: one bunk bed (twin XL over queen with a twin trundle) • Bedroom 4: one queen bed • Loft: sleeper sofa • Balcony • Fully-equipped kitchen • 4 Bathrooms: one with an oversized spa tub • In-suite washer and dryer • Ski Locker Other amenities at St. James Place include but are not limited to: • access to Wi-Fi • heated pool • indoor parking • concierge desk • fitness center Notice to Summer and Fall Guests: The front drive/main entrance is currently closed for construction and may cause some disruption. Please use the garage for access. Work is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price. Additional Options • Crib: $5 on request • Rollaway Bed: $25 on request Facilities • Parking: 1 car included Important Notes • Located on the fourth floor • Pets: Not allowed • Housekeeping during the stay is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee through the front desk. • Notice to Summer and Fall Guests: St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25\.
