Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our beautifully decorated and newly remodeled two bedroom and three bath, 1550 square foot condo. This is the perfect place for your ski or golf vacation. On the main level is an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining room all interacting with each other. A majestic rock gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room with a sectional sleeper sofa to add more sleeping space. A flat screen makes this room especially entertaining. A full bathroom is located on this level. One of the master bedrooms is located upstairs with a king bed and private bathroom. Downstairs is a 400 square foot master bedroom with two full beds and a private bathroom. This room has ambiance with its romantic rock gas fireplace. Enjoy quiet time with a movie on the flat screen TV. For your convenience, we also provide a washer/dryer. We supply all the bed linens, towels and kitchen equipment. This unit has plenty of space, is tidy, well appointed, and centrally located. We skied Beaver Creek and Vail twice- it’s a quick drive to both. We also quickly ran into Avon for groceries and to pick up carry out food. This was perfect for a ski trip but I think It would be equally nice in the summer because it has open space and beautiful aspens all around. I recently stayed with my wife and daughter for a week of skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek and this property was perfect. Location was a 5-8 minute drive to Beaver Creek and 15 minutes to Vail. Property was spacious, very clean and Teresa communicated with me the entire time to make sure all was well.
