J’ai utilisé leur service de blanchisserie, j’étais sensé récupérer mon linge dans l’après-midi il a fallu que je descends à la réception plusieurs fois pour le réclamer et c’est seulement à 22h30 qu’ils m’ont rendu mes vêtements.
