  • Trois chambres, deux maison avant bain de mer en face de l'océan. oc��an et la plage des vues incroyables. Séjour a la télévision par câble / DVD et un acc��s Internet sans fil. La cuisine a toutes les commodités, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Salle �� manger a une table pour six et est entourée de fenêtres donnant sur l'océan avec des vues pittoresques de la jet����e. escalier extérieur mène en bas où une chambre ���� coucher, la deuxième salle de bains, le garage 1 voiture, et la salle de lavage sont situ��s. Barbecue à charbon de bois sur le pont de la salle à manger. Beautiful & Quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay at this property, it is clean and updated. Views are gorgeous and construction of two properties next door, do not block ocean view. Location is perfect, you are 2 min walk to main town, but it’s so quiet! No large deck to sit on but the 3 small decks and very large windows in dining and family rooms are fantastic! Will definitely stay again! My only suggestion is to provide a couple seasonings, at least salt/pepper, and a pasta strainer.

We loved the beautiful view of the ocean from the dining area. Everything was as we expected and check in and check out went smoothly. We had a wonderful family vacation! Our host communicated well with us beforehand when we had questions about the construction below the property. There was some construction activity Monday morning but it was not early and it was not loud, so it did not bother us.

Great location and views of the ocean. We love the floor to ceiling windows and multiple balconies. Kitchen well stocked with all the amenities. We’ll be back.

Great Stay!

We had a great mini vacation in Avila Beach! The house was perfect walking distance to the beach & downtown. Our favorite was the view of the beach from the house! The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Good but could use an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy to rent this house. So close to the beach and town- it was a great location. But the house sorely needs an update throughout and the beds and pillows in particular and very uncomfortable. Also- this is not a great choice with a baby. Very little room for a pack n play and generally the house doesn’t feel like a home. The construction ongoing is distracting but not loud. It takes away the view and leaves dirty windows and certainly ruins the walk to the beach a bit but what can they do. Overall I would recommend it but likely wouldn’t return just because it is so uncomfortable for sleep.

Lovely views and location

This home has such a beautiful views of the ocean. So close to all the things we wanted to do such as sycamore Hot Springs, blue Moon Café in town, walk along the beach, Avila barn, etc. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at the Avila Beach house was perfect. A beautiful spot in a lovely location. The hoyse was well equipped for our group that loves to cook; an added bonus. Thanks so much.

What a view!

We had a great stay. Was perfect for 3 couples. It’s def a small living space but very well appointed and has a great use of space. We were all very comfortable! The view and location were spectacular! This is our third year staying in Avila and we hope to stay here again next time!

Awesome Beach Cottage

This house was nicer than we expected. It's really close (1 minute walk) to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Avila. We plan to come back next year.

We had a lovely family gathering in beautiful Avila beach. The views from this home are just spectacular. No one even everything inside was just as advertised and we enjoyed the whole house.

Quick visit to Avila

My wife and I stumbled on Avila Beach two years ago on a weekend visit to Central Coast. We were enchanted by Avila Beach and vowed to return. We made good on that during our current trip down the CA coast as we stopped for a short stay with our adult children. This property offered stunning ocean views, comfortable beds and a very pleasant location from which to enjoy Avila Beach for a more extended stay. We especially enjoyed the quiet of April with many of the stores and venues open but very unhurried and uncrowded.

This was a gift to an employee and they had a wonderful time. They did mention there were no directions in the house about how to leave the property and no WIFI password. Overall had a great time.
