Literally 100’ from the Icona resort, but with better parking. The apt has newer furniture, kitchenette 1.5 baths. All clean and ready to go. Thoughtfully stocked, just bring your beach gear (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas) everything else is here (bath towels, soap, linens, coffee). The pool is perfect for the kids to cool off in after a hot day, and there is a grill area too w outdoor tables and chairs. The unit is on the first floor, despite it being July 4th weekend we were able to park within a few spots every time. Last, but not least the host, James, was helpful and easy to communicate with.
