    All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

    Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

    **There are 3 total units in the building all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. **

    During your stay, we ask that you please:
    • Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
    • Do not use hair dye of any kind.
    • Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
    • Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
    • Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
    • Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
    • Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
    • Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Clean and spacious in a great location!

Comfortably slept 20 of us with 5 bedrooms, each containing a queen bed. Was also nice to have 3 bathroom! Everything was very new and clean. Locate right next to triangle lounge. Short walk to east end and GOTL brewing. We will definitely stay here again!

GOTL THE VILLAIN BAND TRIP

This property was perfect for the band members and spouses. We loved relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying live entertainment on the strip. The band rocked Sporterz Saturday night. We had a great time.

Perfect getaway

Hello. We want to thank you for your beautiful place where we stayed. Very convenient and very clean, and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was fabulous but We also want to let you know that the sofa bed was dirty and moldy and broken. We put a sheet on it but could not get it off because the sofabed would not open back up once closed. My friend had to sleep on the couch the last night we were there. She was very careful with it as you asked but had a heck of a time with it. The frames all bent. You Definetely need a new one. We thank you though as the home was very nice and we would stay there again. It was perfect other than the sofa bed. We appreciate everything. We appreciate everything and left it clean. We thank you agai

Space and layout of house was good. A little small on common space. Pet friendly which help 3 groups of travels. 1 of the bathrooms was not thoroughly clean and we did have some issues with ants but a can a raid resolved that. Laundry was in a master bedroom off the kitchen so that worked well.Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. The only challenge was with 3 dogs, a little more yard space would have been helpful.

Great place with 5 bedrooms!

Location is centrally located within walking distance to bars, restaurants and park. Rental is newly updated. 3 full bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Utilized Sunset Taxi for winery tours which was wonderful since they picked us up at our front door.
