Summary: Welcome to our brand new vacation home with a pool in the heart of downtown Dripping Springs, Texas. This prime location offers proximity to wineries, breweries, distilleries, wedding venues, shopping, and restaurants. The freshly remodeled home is perfect for groups, families, and wedding parties. Use it as your home base to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the ideal location and pool during your stay. Book now and create unforgettable memories! The Space: This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3\. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It’s been updated and had nice comfortable furniture. Very warm in that it has wood floors, a patio swing, and an outdoor fire pit! I just really enjoyed the house!! ##### Anthony L.
