Du potentiel mais des investissements nécessaires
Appartement bien situé et plutôt fonctionnel mais la qualité du mobilier gâche tout. Le lit double ne mesure que 140x190 et le matelas mérite d'être changé. L'escalier pour monter dans la mezzanine est trop raide et trop glissant. L'échelle pour monter dans le lit superposé est fixée à l'envers donc très glissante et dangereuse pour un enfant. Les convecteurs "claquent" durant la chauffe. Il est donc nécessaire de les éteindre pour pouvoir dormir sans bruit. Les bancs sont très instables et le rembourrage du canapé non fixé glisse entrainant le passager dans son sillage.
