The decor is tasteful, the home very comfortable, and Melissa was very attentive and responsive. We had one issue upon check in but Melissa was quick to respond and resolve it. "My husband and I stayed here for four nights with our two young adult children. The townhouse was extremely clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and the space excellent for “ needing a place to land.” We were in New Bern for a special wedding. While being near our friends’ home, we also went to Indian beach twice and spent an afternoon at the inviting recreation center pool for a small fee. The young people slept on the pullout furniture which was fine for a few days. There are 2 bathrooms...

"The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place."

"Stayed here for 4 nights, during our move out of the area. Home is comfortable and our daughter loved the kid touches. The basket of toys and books were so much fun for her. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Two minor downsides, the kitchen showed some remnants of bugs. The owner said she was going to call pest control, but this was obviously missed by the cleaning crew. Additionally, there is quite a walk from where you park (near the garage) to the front door....

"We enjoyed our stay primarily for the cleanliness and location. It is across from a cemetery, but that didn’t bother us. Quiet neighbors, my husband said. But we loved the covered side porch and the comfy bed. Only down sides were the bathroom was very small, especially the shower, and the floors are pretty uneven, which would be a challenge for older guests (including the steep and slippery stairs up to the primary bedroom). Also, it appears that the owners suite is located just down the hall...

"Rented the property for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. So glad we picked this tranquil spot to stay rather than the city! The house has lots of space, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the view from the living room is spectacular! Most of our time was spent sitting in the yard just talking!
