"Everything was OK inside, but the outside of the house, need to be cleaned and more in adequation with the pictures.... Grass not cut, chairs & table could have been cleaned, etc ... But globally it was good !"

The kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine which means you can save on packing extra clothes. Most shops for daily groceries and the beach are only a few minutes walk.
