You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Seaside Charm

A charming modern, self contained ground floor flat, part of the hosts house, only 250m to a popular East Coast Bay beach. Private entrance, large bedroom with one queen bed, lounge/dining, fully equipped galley kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Own outdoor area to enjoy. A perfect home away from home to explore the North Shore. No smoking, no pets, no shoes inside please. Bus stops for public transport across the road but best to have a car.
Parking ONLY available on the street, generally outside the property but being by a popular beach it can get busy and require parking further up the road, especially in summer. If this is not acceptable, please do not book. Unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Heaters for winter, windows with bug screens and fans for summer. In order to keep the nightly cost as reasonable as possible there is no air-conditioning. Auckland summers can be humid on some days so if you require air conditioning please do not book.
Check in and out is contactless but we are available for any requests. Always happy to help with anything you may want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Be aware before booking of the Vrbo cancellation policy. Refunds will be according to their policy only.
Kayaks and bikes are available to hire.

Torbay Get Away

This was a lovely place to stay. The hosts were excellent and helpful. Car parking was a little tricky but worth it for the cost, cleanliness and prime location if you are a beach lover. Thank you.

Love the place, love the hosts

I came here to go to my daughter's wedding. I was staying alone the first few days until others arrived. The hosts were wonderful! Showed me beaches to walk on near the home and even took me to two places to look at works from local artists. I would 100% stay here again. I felt comfortable and very welcome.

Great location, Great hosts

As an elderly couple visiting friends in the area the accomodation was lovely, it was a short walk to the beach. Our hosts were very accommodating with nothing being too much trouble.

Great spot!

Loved our stay. Thank you. It was in the perfect location for us, visiting the hockey stadium each day, but being 2 mins from the beach, meant we could swim everyday too. Apartment had everything we needed. I suppose, if I was looking for a criticism, it would that theres not a lot of outdoor space, but when youre that close to the beach, not sure it mattered. Thanks Alexandra, you were so kind and laid back, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again! :)location for us, visiting thestadium

Fun Stay!

Alexandra is a most amazing host! Easy access to beach and small shops up the hill. Easy access with a car to Devonport, Lake Pupuke, Waiheke Island and Auckland CBD.

Lovely flat with all the modcons and awesome location. Alexandra was super helpful and i cant recommend her and her accomadation enough and its right on the Te Araroa so super convenient

Beautiful beach retreat

Alexandra was a wonderful host who went above and beyond in many ways to make it a memorable stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy and a minute stroll from the beach. Would highly recommend!

The best place by the beach

We love the place and have extended our stay. Alexandra is a gem....and its very good value. Recommend to anyone because you will not regret it. So many amenities just a short drive from here is a bonus.

Very clean, well equipped with everything we needed! Very close to the beach and great neighborhood. Alexandra and Graham were both great—super friendly and responsive. Beautiful garden and outdoor space. Close to stores and restaurants. Loved it!
