✧ Exterior CCTV camera in operation
✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision, regardless of policy and booking in place
✧ A form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host
✧ Pool should be left pristine as when you check in. If the pool is left dirty and unusable after a guest's stay, loss of income for the affected nights and cost to revive, the pool will be claimed fully by the guest.

Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment.
