The property is in a very quiet area, 10 minutes' walk from the village center. The apartment is very comfortable and linked to the owners' house. Layout: ground floor, entrance a very functional modern kitchen a comfortable living room with a sofa and two leather armchairs. TV (French & English channels) WIFI and internet radio. First floor, sleeping space, under the slanted high ceiling two single beds to each other with high-quality mattresses. Spacious functional modern bathroom with shower, WC and two sinks with storage space. On the other side of the property is a fenced garden available to guests with sun loungers, table with sofa and chairs with umbrellas. It has a beautiful view of the Brive valley.
There is also a small 'breakfast' terrace next to the entrance.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un très calme et confortable séjour dans le gîte de la Grue. Tout est fait pour se détendre face à une vue magnifique. Nos hôtes se sont montrés à la fois accueillants et discrets. La région vous permettra de belles randonnées en pleine nature tout en étant proches de la belle ville de Brive. Encore merci à Erik et Nicoline Adresse à recommander
