Our home is designed for families and adults. Welcome to our cozy beach house located in Brigantine, NJ, just 1.5 blocks from the guarded beach in the A Zone at 20th Street. This inviting property features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The half-circular driveway accommodates up to 3 cars, with additional street parking available. Enjoy our backyard, complete with a patio area, table, chairs, and cushions for 8, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Experience alfresco dining in a serene setting. Discover why we cherish our home away from home in Brigantine, with its pristine beaches, vibrant wildlife, and family-friendly atmosphere. We are conveniently located near AC Marina, Borgata, and other casinos. Rental Policies: Minimum age for renters: 25 years old Check-in: 4 PM or later Check-out: 10 AM While we are eager to host you, please adhere to the check-in time. We will strive to accommodate earlier check-in requests when possible. Our thorough cleaning process, which includes washing linens and bedding, requires the 4 PM check-in time. We also follow enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols for COVID-19 to ensure a safe environment for our guests. Please note that linens, beach towels, chairs, and other beach equipment are not provided. However, we do supply bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was a perfect location to both north and south ends. I have never stayed at 20th street and the beach/ weather did not disappoint. The backyard was lovely, perfect size for our family of 4 and the bunny who joined us every evening. I would definitely stay again. There a gas stove/ oven, humongous washer and dryer, ice maker (we bought the same one after we got home) and outdoor shower. My family and I stayed at Ann's house for 2 wonderful weeks. The house was well-appointed, clean, airy and bright. The house is a short walk to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, the kids were playing in the lovely and well-maintained backyard. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have a child with severe food allergies and we needed to make sure the kitchen was given extra attention as far as cleaning before we arrived. We were a party of adults with one 10 month old. The crib and high chair that were provided were a great plus.
