The hotel staff does sweep the lot and empty the trash on a regular basis so it is not the norm for there to be an offensive odor. Again we apologize that this was your experience. Amazing time, and the room is clean and has been recently renovated (we went on 3/15/24). The ocean view rooms are very worth it if that’s your preference.

It was a warm and sunny March weekend and our stay at Port O Call, made our anniversary weekend all the better. Everything was as you'd expect at a fine OC, NJ resort. There were no unpleasant surprises and only fulfilled expectations. Thank you, POC.

We enjoyed our first stay at PortOCall. It was a great location with easy parking. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Double room beds are bit small for 2 adults but comfortable. Beautiful view from oceanfront balcony of our room. Staff as friendly & helpful. We will stay again when we are in Ocean City NJ

Wow! Our check in was wonderful, they had our room ready early and gave us everything we needed to have the best vacation. Our room was perfect! The hotel Is really nice and the pool was great. We always stay at the port-o-call hotel when we visit Ocean city, NJ. It’s very conveniently located, right on the boardwalk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s well maintained and very family friendly. Would definitely go back.

Had the chance for a quick two night stay in the lovely OCNJ and I am so happy the P O C had some rooms! Staff is ao friendly and accommodating, you can step right into the beach and the pool is lovely!! Was disappointed at first that I couldn’t get a guest pass for the pool, but then was very happy to see that it wasn’t overrun with people😅 Would definitely choose the Port O Call again and again !!

Clean, easy, great location
Great location just a few yards down the boardwalk from the shops, but residential enough to be quiet at night. The property is oceanfront with beach access, making trips to the beach easy and quick. With free parking, we parked the car and walked nearly everywhere. We visited in early June before the crowds when the weather was still cool, but we were excited to learn that the pool was heated and, with a 3 ft shallow end, it was perfect for my four year old to swim. The rooms were reasonably clean with plenty of pillows and towels. There was only one suspicious stain on the carpet. Our main gripes were that the walls were so thin we heard our neighbors loud and clear at all hours of the night and that rooms only had double beds. The room could have fit queens and we would have been more comfortable.

Loved our Ocean front room. The Hotel is kept very well, with plenty of parking. a great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. It's in a great location on the boardwalk with great view of the fishing pier at night and a short walk to businesses on the boardwalk so its not noisy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful
