The first floor has two bedrooms with two twin beds in one bedroom and one king bed in the other. They both share a full bathroom that contains a tub. A washer and dryer is located in a utility room just as you enter the house. Access to the back deck and yard is available through the one bedroom. The second floor contains 3 bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom contains a 42' plasma or LCD TV along with queen beds. Beautiful walk in tiled showers. The front master bedroom contains a queen bed and an additional twin bed and opens up to a large patio deck with ocean views. The third floor is the main living area and It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops, an island bar with stools to seat 3, a kitchen table with chairs to seat 6 along with a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The house itself made up for the bad weather. It’s very spacious, with three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom downstairs that were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in, and the two large dining tables made it so easy for all of us to gather together for meals.We had a group of nine (my family of five, my sister and her husband, and my parents), and everyone had plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. The fenced-in yard was gorgeous with bright green grass, and the multiple decks gave us space to relax and enjoy the surroundings when the weather allowed.Overall, it was the perfect house for a big family getaway. The elevator was a huge plus, making it easy for both older and younger family members to get around and especially helpful for bringing in luggage and groceries. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it very comfortable for everyone. Although the house isn’t directly on the beach, it was an easy walk and we could still enjoy ocean views. The pool table provided a lot of fun in the evenings, and we appreciated the fenced-in backyard and the nice grill for outdoor meals. It was very comfortable, plenty of room, 4 1/2 baths, and an elevator. The house was very clean. Some of us even commented on the scent and softness of the sheets!
