There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the home able to sleep up to 21 people with all the pull out couches and futons. There is a large kitchen and deck that are perfect for large parties. Unobstructed views of the beach and ocean are everywhere in the large dining/common area. The beach is only steps away and the convenience cannot be beat. Great to be on the beach, a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, and a short cab/party bus ride to Atlantic City. The kitchen is fully stocked and the charcoal grill was awesome to have. We live in Florida and usually come up for a holiday visit in December, with family. This year we waited until after Jan. 1st and rented this house so our nj families and us could spend a weekend together. The house was a perfect size and the kitchen was well stocked. The stores are conveniently located nearby and the beach is right down the path at the end of the driveway. The best part was the common area on the second floor! So much comfortable seating and also table seating that everyone had a place to sit and the kids had plenty of room for coloring and fun projects. The kitchen is located at the end of the common room and gave us the opportunity to prepare meals safely and unencumbered by kids running around. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and I think we’ll try to return next year! ##### Linda B.
