Open up the slider and enjoy the private outdoor deck. If you have small children to teenagers, they will love the playground and basketball courts across the street. Walk to the end of the street to watch the sun set at the 14th street bulk head. The beach/boardwalk is a 10 minute walk. The shops/restaurants on Asbury are also just a few short blocks away along with Mallon's, Dead End Bagels and Johnny B Good just a few blocks away. Mario's Restaurant is located below and our guests are always surprised at how quiet the space is and enjoy the convenience of the restaurant. The space was recently renovated in 2021 and sleeps 8\. The downstairs area has a kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances, a dining area and living room with multiple ceiling fans, couches/chairs and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows or music! There is also a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen sized bed. Upstairs there is a laundry area with side by side washer dryer, a full bath (tub/shower for the small kids) and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed (perfect for the kids) This quiet space is ideal for a single family or multiple families. We really liked the location, since it was within walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and had a nice playground right across the street for our son.
