This stylish apartment is located in West Midtown, just north of Georgia Tech, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Only a 5 min drive to downtown. It is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for any long or short term stay.   
This is the second story unit of a 3 story triplex. If you are going to be up late or loud during your stay, please do not book this unit.

This modern apartment is new construction, 1300sf with high end finishes; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pillow top mattresses, HE washer and dryer, HDTV, and high speed Wifi.   
  
This property is located in West Midtown, just north of GA Tech, and minutes from downtown Atlanta (Mercedes Benz Stadium, GWCC, Mart, CNN Center). The property is also walking distance to several well known restaurants, and Atlantic Station.
