Shorter stays available, by request. This stunning 4 bedroom brick home located in the highly sought-after Atlantic Station neighborhood. This spacious residence offers a range of luxurious features and amenities, making it an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and convenience. This four sided brick exterior with a massive front patio and beautifully landscaped surroundings with unique floor plan is comfortable for anyones taste. We give our guests as much or as little privacy as they prefer. We are always contactable for anything you need, please use the platform messenger to guarantee delivery. You can not get more centrally located. You are in walking distance to Georgia Tech, Atlantic Station, Piedmont Park, West Atlanta, CNN etal. The access to the expressway is unmatched. The neighborhood has its own exit off of I-75 South. Although you are in bustling Midtown Atlanta, you will be surprised on how quiet the street is. From the front patio view you will enjoy Georgia Tech students walking up to the Atlantic Station grocery and shops. You have access to the entire home. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Self Check-in - Guests can access the home through the front entry or the rear garage doors. Each door is fitted with a smart keypad. Softly lit gas lanterns create a charming ambiance to the exterior. This home has two large covered back decks provide a relaxing outdoor space, accessible from the master bedroom and kitchen areas for plenty of entertainment. Don't forget the open chef's kitchen featuring a 6-burner GE Monogram gas cooktop, warming drawer, and warming lights over the cooktop. There are also a convenient wall double oven and built-in microwave for all your cooking needs. The large granite island opens to a fireside den and dining area, perfect for entertaining guests. Hardwood floors throughout the home add an elegant touch. You will notice the 10-foot coffered ceilings and crown molding throughout that create a spacious and grand atmosphere. There are two wet bars for convenient beverage service. The master suite has a frameless glass double shower equipped with dual fixtures and a separate spa soaking tub, along with two separate granite topped vanities. There is also an amazing walk-in closet directly off of the massive bathroom. Enjoy the private covered deck in the masters suite, suitable for relaxing and lounging at your leisure. There are three additional bedrooms, two of which hug a jack and jill full bathroom. The laundry space is on the master bedroom level for convenience. The terrace level is equip with a bonus room and wet bar that can be customized to your liking. This home has an oversized 2-car garage, and there is ample parking spaces for guests on the street. Located in Atlantic Station, which offers a vibrant community with an array of shops, theaters, restaurants, and parks just steps away. The property is situated in a very upscale community, with convenient access to some of Atlanta’s finest dining and shopping options. Beautifully designed, the home features peaceful and tranquil indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. It easily met our needs for a restful getaway.The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well-stocked with towels and supplies—more than sufficient to accommodate a large family or several couples.A note for those with mobility concerns: the property has three levels and multiple stairs, including from the garage entrance.
