All sleeping spaces are beautifully-decorated, offer new furnishings, black out curtains, motorized shades, luxury linens and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a custom electric fireplace to set the mood, a smart TV, and a comfortable chair for reading your favorite book or having a conversation. It is equipped with two nightstands, a large custom closet, and suitcase carriers to keep your luggage off the floor.

The primary bathroom provides a spa-like experience with a soaking tub and separate shower with dual shower heads (one is a rain shower under a skylight making it feel like you’re showing outside). It also features a large dual vanity and plenty of storage for your toiletries. Each bath is stocked with fresh towels and Essential Oils shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

The middle bedroom drops you into nature with a lovely wall-paper mural and original artwork. It provides two ornate nightstands, an accent chair, custom closet, and desk. If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast wifi makes it easy. The middle bath features a combination shower and bathtub.

The front bedroom offers the choice of being a dedicated office as it is equipped with a Murphy bed. It has a large desk with a comfortable desk chair which is perfect for taking virtual meetings or extended spells of productivity. For extended stays of more than a month, you can request we close the Murphy bed and add a twin sized day bed to make this space a dedicated office. The front bathroom features a shower and dual vanities. It has a pocket door so that one part of the bathroom can serve as a half-bath for visitors.

Modern architecture and sleek design welcome you when you walk into the open-concept dining room, living room and kitchen area. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. You’ll also find fresh roasted coffee beans from the local coffee shop - The Dancing Goat - which is just a 7 minute walk away. You can grind your beans in the burr grinder and choose amongst a stove-top moka pot, french press, or drip coffee machine to enjoy a satisfying coffee experience every morning!

You’ll find a large comfortable dining table from Mitchell Gold-Bob Williams that seats eight and is perfect for a lingering meal. You can also choose to dine at the island or enjoy a glass of wine while the chef cooks.

Sit back and relax in the comfort of the lounge and take in the beauty of the gorgeous original artwork by fine artist, Kristie Fujiyama Kosmides. Enjoy great conversation with your fellow guests, watch a movie, show, or game on the Samsung Art TV, or enjoy a good book by all that natural light from the expansive windows.

Step up to the roof level and enjoy a cocktail and some nostalgic vinyl in the upstairs wet bar which also features a beverage center/wine refrigerator.

Outside on the roof, take in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and the peekaboo views of the Atlanta skyline in the summer and more majestic views once the leaves have fallen. You can lounge in the comfy, full-sized bed swing and enjoy a little TV.

Grill your favorite meal and dine at the modern table for 8 with the remote controlled market lights setting the mood. Gather around the fire pit under the pergola for some evening conversation and fun. Indulge in a romantic, outdoor bath for two under the stars in the copper tub (don’t worry - I installed privacy fencing to keep prying eyes away).

Your safety matters. This property has four Google cameras with audio at the exterior part of the house, these will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

Absolutely no parties are permitted in this home. Smoking monitors are in place to ensure the rules of no smoking or vaping of any kind occurs in the home. Noise monitors are in place to ensure no parties are occurring and that the noise ordinance is being followed.

- Absolutely no parties are permitted in this home. Smoking monitors are in place to ensure the rules of no smoking or vaping of any kind occurs in the home. Noise monitors are in place to ensure no parties are occurring and that the noise ordinance is being followed.
- Unit is the upper two floors of a four floor duplex. Luxury grade soundproofing has been installed, but you may hear the occasional muffled sound from below.
- Property is on a narrow, city lot. While the parking area will accommodate two Chevy Tahoes parked side by side, it is a tight fit. There's free street parking should you have an oversized vehicle.
- Property is located on one of the main streets connecting the Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park neighborhoods and experiences increased traffic during morning and evening commute times.
- Roof bath gets winterized for the season when temperatures are projected to drop below 40 degrees
- Garage is shared with guests staying in the lower unit (each unit gets one garage bay). There are key-coded, smart locks on each unit door that goes into the house from the garage.
- Atlanta is called the city in the forest and along with our abundant trees and parks come wildlife including squirrels on the roof and the occasional insect sneaking its way in despite all the aggressive measures we take to control pests.
- Much of the artwork in the property is original and should not be touched or tampered with. You may contact the host if interested in purchasing an original or print.
- To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras, solely monitoring outdoor areas without invading your privacy indoors.
- Early check-in at 2pm and/or late checkout at 12p may be available for purchase for $50 for each occurrence. Inquire with host for availability.
