The Neighborhood: Located in North Ormewood Park, this property is perfectly situated among some of Atlanta's best neighborhoods. Ormewood Park, named for an official with the Atlanta Electric Light and Trolley Company (note the trolley on the street signs!), provides easy access to Reynoldstown, Glenwood Park, Grant Park, and East Atlanta. Bordering the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail, there are no shortage of attractions to enjoy strolling to, from the weekly farmers market to great breweries and restaurants. Leafy Grant Park is a residential district known for its lovely Victorian mansions and hundred-year-old craftsman bungalows, while its namesake park is laced with walking trails and home to Zoo Atlanta.
