Walk ten minutes to the hot new Lee and White District with fine dining, pubs, distilleries and craft breweries. There's a grocery store right around the corner and CVS is also a quick walk. The home is a duplex property and has 4 bedrooms. The living space flows into the kitchen with an open floor plan, and each unit has its own large 4K Roku TV for enjoyment. The units are connected through the laundry room. We'll provide all the toiletries, towels, and linens. The kitchens are fully stocked. You're in the heart of the city! - It's very urban in feel and includes homes in various stages of renovation. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We're only a few blocks from the MARTA station, which runs directly to downtown and the airport, as well as connects to the World Congress Center and the Mercedes Benz stadium. The home has 4 offstreet parking spots. There are also scooter and bike options available to rent, and ubers/lyfts are plentiful and cheap (generally <$10 as we are so close to the center of the city). Perfect size for multiple people. Kitchen/dishes well stocked. Plenty of towels. Location is quiet- but you drive through a bit of a sketchy area. Stayed nice and cool for a summer in Atlanta. Parking is plentiful. Beds are comfortable. Hosts were on top of everything we needed/wanted. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Ben E. The property manager was very responsive and checked with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was exactly as listed and everyone was very comfortable. The address should have been provided prior to making the payment. Recommendation: housekeeping should come prior to the guest checking in. I had some problems navigating the televisions. 3 of the televisions was difficult to operate. Therefore we had to use our personal devices. The linen was cleaned but pay attention to when the linen becomes worn. Parking was fine but landscaping could be improved. Recommendation: when the landscaper come please inform the guest or cancel when the guest is there. The effects of this was on our cars. Clearly the owner is will organized and all elements worked together for the benefit of the guest. The place had plenty of off street parking and ready access to major freeways. My daughter, who went to school in the area, said the guest book was right on point as a guide for things to see and do in Atlanta and the surrounding area. The owner was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. This VRBO enhanced our visit to Atlanta in very pleasant, unexpected ways. ##### Lester R. It was the perfect quiet neighborhood we were looking for. The drive to and from the airport was under 20 mins. The property manager made contact with us to ensure everything was well during our stay. We enjoyed being able to have the connecting units but also the ability to have your own space. The foosball table was popular as the oldest at 87 years old and the youngest at 12 years old enjoyed several evenings playing. If you are traveling as a family I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed by the location or the property. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay including more than one bathroom, plenty of closet space and 2 kitchens! ##### Janet A.
