The property is perfectly located near truist park. Safe and quiet and walkable. The major downside was that our beddings had stains in them and we couldn’t find staff to see if we could replace them. Other than that, it definitely is a good location.

Good hotel. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Within walking distance from restaurants as well as a shopping mall across the street. Also not a far walk from Truist Park.

We got checked into the wrong room unbeknownst to us. Which ended up being a connecting room (which we did not request) to people we did not know. They were loud all night but that’s not even the worst part. We leave our room to come back to our door being open, we shrugged it off as we thought it could’ve been a mistake on our behalf. We finally get to bed and around 8 in the morning we are woken up to the maintenance manager quite literally screaming at our door from the outside, telling us to come outside because they assumed we where there unlawfully, when we got checked In, received room keys, and everything. We go down stairs only to find out that they put us in the wrong room completely. Had us mixed up with another person with the same last name, and that our room was considered vacant. So not only was the room we received not cleaned, we got the wrong room, some random person had a key to our room, and we where woken up out of our sleep by screaming at our door. We are currently in the process of trying to get a refund through Expedia if the manger allows. Definitely not a great experience for us, very unsafe for a traveling female.

I loved it was just far enough away from downtown to be away from the crime. Kept my car safe, in a good neighborhood. Front desk guy was really friendly, he let me check in early when i arrived early too. I would stay there again.

My overall stay was good. The only thing I didn't like was my first room had a smell to it. I went to the front desk and she changed my room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, my room didn't have any hand soap/bar at the sink to wash hands with.

Hotel had a stench in room. Bed frame, TVs, and room phone was dusty. I had to call several time to reach the front desk. I asked for extra sheets and they gave me some that had stains on them.
