Not sure how this got higher reviews than 1 star. Checking in the front desk person stayed on a personal call the whole time. Hallways were being repainted or wallpaper which was fine. TV didn’t work but could hear the one in the next room through the thin walls. Along with the person walking on the floor above us. Room was small, very aged facilities. Bed was OK. Price was cheap but still didn’t get what you paid for and wasn’t going to chance eating the breakfast. Just beware it would be worth spending a few more bucks.

The property is much improved from our stay April 2023. They are under a severe makeover. Thank goodness! We we’re on the first floor last time and the third/top this time. Renovations aren’t complete yet, but we’ll underway! No chairs in the room! There is a desk however! Charger station , an excellent addition! Bathroom retiled.

One night is plenty in this dump. Plumbing didn’t work, which meant no shower, no flushing, etc. we got in late and didn’t want to deal with it. Just wanted to go to sleep and leave as soon as we woke up. Wouldn’t trust the “breakfast” they offer. Expedia shouldn’t even list this place.

Bathroom door was in super bad shape. Dogs were barking. Cameras made it feel super unsafe. Dingy, old. But the bed was fine and have us a place to sleep. The card reader also couldn’t take 1 of my cards. Same with the lady in front of us too.

I like the professionalism of the staff. The room was clean and the location is safe as you have to use your hotel card to get into the building. I had my dog with me and this was an overall good stay.

The environment was give cheap motel. You had people hanging around outside making it uncomfortable to walk your dog. People arguing kids yelling and screaming. Just ghetto and dirty the rooms had dirty carpet and everything was just low quality

The property was quiet, the staff was nice. Rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean. The exception to the cleanliness was the tub/toilet area. Some pillows were dirty with no cases on them as well.

Getting to the hotel was very easy from I-75. Two minutes from the freeway on AND off. I have stayed in 10 hotels/motels in the last 10 days and this one was by far the BEST ONE!

The Good with the Bad
The breakfast was a cut above most budget hotels. We appreciated the sausage buns and warm cereal choice. Our check in experience was less than satisfactory. We waited at the desk for a clerk only to learn that she was outside, chatting with someone in a car which was parked in front of the entrance to the hotel.
