Check in was at 3 we arrived and had to wait for the host to text us the code after trying for hrs to get in contact with her. Once we got inside there were visible stains on the walls and rugs, the back porch had a whole mattress and box spring and old trash blocking the back door, dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, a vape and socks were under the bed, and if the icing on the cake was when a whole different group showed up trying to get access because our lovely hostess double booked them in the middle of our stay. We called customer care which were no help at all and tired reaching out to the hostess to no avail. She didn’t return any of our calls or text. So yeah if you want to share a space with strangers in a semi clean townhouse from a house who is a scammer and very rude go ahead and book

Horrible ! I will never book here again !
I was suppose to receive the code for the entry prior to the check in time but I had to message the owner after I had already arrived . The backyard had trash all on the patio. A old cooking grill was just thrown on the patio. Multiple trash bags just sitting on the patio. No toilet tissue in the bathroom . I checked all the rooms before leaving and no damage was done but I received an email stating the replacement of sheets, linens at a cost of $1,500. But literally there was NO DAMAGE done to anything in the home. We only stayed 1 night .But I will never book again!

Check in process was good , stuff was dirty , no clean towels, also was hit with a property damage claim ! When nothing at all was damaged! She’s a SCAM! DONT BOOK! Nothing was damaged, we we’re barley there , only there just to sleep !

Worst VRBO experience ever!
Our home was not clean or ready for our early check in that we paid extra for on August 5th. We contacted the property manager, Kalila McKay, and she assured us she was sending a cleaning lady to clean while we were out at dinner. Over 2 hours later, the home was still filthy. Very disappointed and we will be contacting the VRBO corporate office for a full refund. We did not stay at this filthy house.

Poor Accommodations
The motto I often hear is “Home away from home,” my group didn’t feel at home. The host didn’t provide an adequate amount of towels for three adults, one of the dry off towels were dirty even. There was only ONE wash cloth, imagine if we didn’t bring our own… There was no broom or dust pan to be able to clean up after ourselves. There was no dish soap or sponge, how are we supposed to wash our dishes? And the top bunk bed was so shaky it was scary and slightly unsafe. However we did enjoy the games they provided and the crushed ice!
