The modern gridded windows and quiet site give this property its name, but the decor definitely doesn’t color within the lines. Step into the contemporary living space and cozy up on the modular sectional sofas in front of the fireplace and TV. Next is a handy half bath followed by the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The Space: For Film and Production: we can provide block booking capabilities, bulk discounts, tailored services, and Seamless Tax Credit Assistance. Beyond that are the back deck and fenced yard, which are perfect for enjoying the peaceful sounds of the adjacent greenspace from the privacy of your own home. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a spacious closet and ensuite, skylit bathroom. The larger boasts a king bed and separate toilet/shower space with double shower heads, while the smaller has a queen bed and petite balcony overlooking the backyard. In between is the convenient laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Back outside, the hike and bike trail that’s just steps from the home will lead you southwest to the center of Inman Park and connect you to the Atlanta BeltLine trail. Dining and drinking options abound in this area, plus there’s a gourmet market for nights when you want to stay in. Head a few blocks southeast instead and you’ll find yourself in hip Little Five Points where you can shop for records, grab a burger or a slice, and catch some live music at Variety Playhouse. The Neighborhood: Inman Park is a lush and historic area known for its architecture and lively dining scene. Hip brunch spots, cafes, and wine bars cluster around the Eastside BeltLine Trail, a converted railway line popular with walkers and cyclists. There's also Krog Street Market, with artisan bakeries and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The area’s history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its impressive Victorian homes and verdant Springvale Park. Getting Around: The Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station is on the Blue and Green Line. There are surface parking lots on both the Inman Park and Reynoldstown sides of the station but no overnight parking. Inman Park has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules. Interaction with Guests: We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Being two couples, we very much appreciated the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom... they served us well. The living room furniture was, um, unusual for we senior citizens, but we spent most of our time in the dining room and patio. The kitchen was very well supplied and easy to use...even with four cooks in the kitchen! Wifi good. I especially appreciated the clarity and responsiveness of management: good communication before, during, and after our stay, and quick responses when I fumbled (thrice) operating the electronic front door lock. Great location next to Freedom Park. Nice walking trails very close to the property. Traffic was awful, but it's Atlanta, so..... The place was pretty spectacular. King bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with almost everything we needed. When we arrived on Thursday, there was jackhammering going on at the house across the street. We could not here it inside the condo/townhome. Very well insulated walls and windows. Loved the decor, too. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta. ##### Drew N.
