The house was very clean and well equipped. We didn’t spend much time there ( no cooking) but we had everything we needed. And the host was very receptive to a quick rental ( our original rental cancelled on us three days before our arrival date) and very easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house- we loved the game room. The location is convenient to a lot but the neighborhood is not the best. There were a lot of sirens from the nearby hospital and the trains went by frequently. Lots more space than we thought there would be though. We would stay here again but would have been nice to know about the noises.

My Family of 7 and our Diabetic Alert Dog recently stayed at this property for my son's soccer tournament showcase, not only was the game room a big hit with the kids , there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. Our very excited Diabetic Alert Service dog not only had lots of space to walk around in the house but also in the frenced in backyard which was a blessing to us, It is very hard to find a truly dog friendly space while on vacation.

Visiting family in area. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the house. Oven temperature not very accurate, but we made it work. A few more living room chairs would have been nice. Overall, though, clean and accurately advertised. Worked well for our stay.

Place was nice !! Close too trust park.Which Braves is the reason for stay.. Pool table sticks are bent up.. Luckily I brought my own stick😌Thought the cost of stay was reasonable but all the other fees added up to costing double the stay.. So will probably go back to staying in hotels..Beds we’re comfortable..For a two day stay with 4 dudes overall did the trick👊👍

AC doesn’t hold temperature when over 90 outside
Started out with entry code not working … and on a Sunday with an automated response that the office was closed until Monday. The manager responded after 20 minutes with a different cde that worked and offered no apology. For some bizarre reason I thanked him. The thermostat was set on 78 and because it was above 90 outside and the single HVAC unit is undersized and way past it’s replacement date, the temperature didn’t start to go down from 78 until the sun set. Furniture is sparse and very uncomfortable.

Excellent location walkable to Marietta square. Games room was brill.
Property is spacious with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Communication with rental agency was excellent and any minor problems sorted very quickly. Property is a little tired and would benefit from a couple of things to make the stay better - for example lamps in lounge, bedside tables and lamps at both sides of beds, more crockery and cutlery, more soft chairs (can only seat 5 people in lounge area - one of which is in a stool) and garden loungers. Games room is excellent as is outside veranda.

Great time in Marietta!
We were in town for a track meet at Kinnesaw State. The house was perfectly located for that, and we visited Truist Park as well. The house was perfect for us and as described. The kids loved the game room!

Family wedding rental
This property was great. Three bedrooms, two with tv’s and two bathrooms made it perfectly manageable for a family of 4, plus a sitter! My only complaint was the towels for bathrooms are very thin and small. The fridge closes into the wall which is fine but you do have to confirm it closes and push it in hard to make sure it stays closed. The neighborhood was okay, up and coming. Backyard and patio was nice to have as yard is enclosed! Great central location!

Location was great!
The house was comfortable and welcoming. We rented it because of its proximity to Marietta Square and the game room and were very satisfied. Our two grandchildren and their parents LOVED the arcade! However a big negative was the refrigerator. It had no bins for fruits or vegetables and nothing to hold items on the door. The refrigerator was basically a big icebox that would not close fully. Please replace it!

Nice home base near many activities
This was our first time in the Marietta area. The house was moderately comfortable for our family of 5. The game room was a huge plus! There wasn’t enough comfortable seats around the tv for all 5 of us, an additional comfy chair would be great, but for a couple nights we were fine. Owner was extremely responsive & accommodating whenever we had a question. Our coffee maker broke & it was replaced immediately (so thankful for that!) It’s a little too far to walk into downtown Marietta, but the drive is very short. There is an amazing park & splash pad right down the street. Even our teens had fun at the playground! Nice place to stay to see many surrounding sites.

4th of July Family Getaway
After our long drive from NYC, it was wonderful to getaway for some family time. My granddaughters loved the pool table in the “Game-room”. Definitely enjoyed the well maintained property. Each bathroom was equipped with complementary shower toiletries. We did some sightseeing in the nearby historical center and museum, but most of all enjoyed the quietness and family time!

A Weekend Wedding
The home was very spacious. It appears to have been very recently updated with hardwood floors throughout. The interior of the home was very clean. The yard was a little worse for the wear, but I sense this is because they owner is still renovating the property. This was a great place for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding at nearby Whitlock Inn. I would most definitely stay here again.

Marietta Graduation Weekend
We were coming to town for a college graduation and picked this house originally because it was dog friendly with a fenced in backyard, but because of the cute billiards/game room decided it’d also be great to have some friends over for an actual graduation party! The open floor design, nice furniture and game room made it perfect! The house was really nice, especially for the cost! Decor was nice and beds were comfortable! The few non perfect things include: the refrigerator didn’t seem the coolest (but worked well enough), we saw an ironing board but no iron (but luckily didn’t need it anyway), and we had to sweep the front walkway ourselves (but no big deal!)
