The space Howell House is located in the hottest Atlanta neighborhood, Old 4th Ward, and is the perfect place to get the true feel of Atlanta. The location was close to the MARTA station and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful - nice neighbors. Loved the layout (especially the 2-car garage), and the information booklet at the entrance table was informative, detailing the “do’s and dont’s,” things to do in Atlanta and nearby restaurants.
