Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements
📌 The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the entire stay. Adults cannot book on behalf of someone under 25—they must be present throughout the stay. A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking.

Great location, host was great, only complaint is couch was not very comfortable (but bed was extremely comfortable). As we were out and about seeing Atlanta, it was fine!
