Enjoy comfort, convenience & space to unwind. \- Sleeps 6 | 2 bedrooms | 3 beds | 2 baths \- Balcony w/ city views \- Full kitchen & dining area \- WiFi & dedicated workspace \- In-unit washer/dryer (paid) \- Elevator access & 24-hour concierge If I am not sleeping or at the gym, then I am available. I have 100% response rate and usually answer within 15 minutes. You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay. Kitchen and dining A full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you're grabbing breakfast before heading to a conference or enjoying a relaxed dinner in after exploring the neighborhood. Comfort and convenience Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help you fine-tune the indoor climate throughout the season. You’ll also have WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work, along with TVs with standard cable when you want to unwind. In-unit laundry is available (paid), and self check-in by keypad makes arrival smooth. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom basics are provided to keep your stay simple. Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. Checking in was simple and direct with the front desk explaining everything. The only issue was one of the windows was broken which made cooling the apartment difficult.
