The restaurant was closed my entire trip which means I had to leave the hotel frequently to get food . They don’t have room service . You have to go down to order food and drinks at the restaurant that is not open . I had one single wash cloth in my room which is insane .
It’s just somewhere I will never return . The caribean woman at the front is very rude . I’m just over this hotel . Me and my guest will not be returning or make any recommendations

Good location but the rooms need some updating and maintenance. No complimentary water in the room, no complementary coffee in the main entrance by the restaurant in the morning. Small closet in the room 3-4 hangers, by 10am they leave you a note saying you missed your housekeeping service; I can on and on.

Staff is somewhat friendly. It appears their only friendly because its required. It appears as though they really don't want to be bothered by will assist you when needed. I'm not sure who cooks there but breakfast in disgusting. Definitely should find a new cook. Its either over cooked or under cooked. Cleaning staff are kind.

The walls in this property are paper thin and can hear everything in the next room through the vents. The room next to us were partying till late at night and fighting over the phone early so sleep was limited!!

The hotel was overall nice. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness of our room. There were a couple of ladies at the front desk that were very nice and welcoming. (I wish I remembered their names.) And then there were some at the desk who didn’t even greet us, it did not ruin our stay though, we would stay here again.

The property was nice; however, the shower in the bathroom needs a little attention. The caulking and grout for the tile need to be cleaned better or updated.

Very basic room. No USB ports and some wall outlets did not work. Strikes me as an older property that has been well maintained. Service desk staff is ridiculously polite and professional and helpful. Absolutely love the location.

This place is in a Business Park and I guess there were no conferences or much business because it was a ghost town. It was very pretty with trees and outdoor areas, but it was winter. I felt very safe traveling alone. I would use them again. I paid extra for breakfast, but I would skip that next time.

Our check in was excellent. We were treated so nicely. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Only complaint were some of the guests near our room got pretty loud through the night but that isn’t the property’s fault.
The breakfast had an incredible selection of fruit. Bring celiac I wish there were some options for us gluten free folk but what I ate for breakfast was great.

Break fast was terrible. 3 star hotels have better breakfast. Most of the items were not available unless you are very early for the breakfast.
