Great location. Free parking is a bit plus for the area! Large rooms!! Great breakfast. Everything you need to relax is there.

The location was wonderful. We were perfectly centered by the activities we had planned while staying and the other places we knew we wanted to go. The hotel was very peaceful and we enjoyed the indoor pool. There’s a bar on the first floor during the evenings that serves drinks and food. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties. Will be staying again for the Braves game which they offer shuttle service to.

The property was nice with clean and spacious rooms. We were in a suite and it came well stocked with everything we may need pots, utensils, glasses/mugs, full sized fridge convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, starter paper towels, dish detergent, etc. Checkin/out was a breeze. Ayanna at the front desk provided superb service during our stay. She was courteous, helpful and professional during our encounters. The location was close enough to downtown Atlanta without the fuss of parking, horrible traffic and price. Truist Park was right around the corner so we enjoyed the lively yet low key atmosphere at the Battery with the eateries and shopping. The area is a vibe of its own. This will definitely be my go to hotel when visiting Atlanta in the future. My only issue with the room was that the remote needed to be cleaned and the towels/wash clothes were only 2 sets when we had 3 guest checked into the room. They were not major issues as I had wipes and I requested more linens.

Stayed here for 6 nights. We dont need anything fancy and it did the job. Rooms were clean but could use a dusting. Pool was very warm and staff was super nice.

It was a nice clean hotel. Nice big room. I’d love to having a full-size refrigerator. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Pet friendly, staff was wonderful. A few minutes after we checked in the front desk called to make sure everything was ok and to ask if we needed anything. Really nice touch. Highly recommend this Hotel *****

Stay was very busy at show--not at hotel for a long time. It was very disappointing to come back after the first day and find the room had not been done. Bed unmade, sink, towels--nothing done.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted every time I walked through the lobby, and they even went the extra mile to help me print a document off of a thumb drive. I enjoyed their gym, and overall accommodations. This hotel is by everything you could possibly need at Cobb Galleria. Would stay again.

Amazing Stay!
The property had plenty of parking and check in was very easy. We didn't like our standard room and luckily we were able to upgrade. Staff was very sweet and check in was very easy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back when we visit ATL again!

We had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice. Elevator wasn’t working well and we had to take the stairs a lot. Breakfast was overcrowded due to an event taking place in the hotel. Would have been nice to have known that at check in. Food was good, just had to go later.

It was pretty good. The bathroom door was near impossible to close, the tv remote didn't work all that well, and one of the two elevators was down all week so that took forever. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Bed was very firm if you like that, I do not.

Nice stay, pool needs to be warmer in the winter.
Overall we had a nice stay. Really enjoyed the 12pm check out time. Breakfast was alright. I enjoyed the fluffy waffle, my husband enjoyed the eggs/sausage/potatoes, and our kids liked the cereal and fresh fruit. We stayed here for the indoor pool, it was slightly warm. The pool could have been much warmer for me and our 1 yr old. The 8 yr old and husband enjoyed the pool for about 30mins then they started to get cold also.

I liked how it was a quiet and low key, all hotel staff was friendly especially Ayanna, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. The only thing that was upsetting was the water was lukewarm, and didn’t get warm as it was previously before.
