The staff were polite and accommodating at all times. The breakfast buffet was ok and didn’t like they only had wheat waffles and nominates as my kids are allergic but was happy I could cook in my room and you couldn’t smell outside. Also rooms were very quiet as me and my kids watched games and were loud at all times of day and we got no complaints. Would definitely consider staying here again

Everything was very good, the only thing was that the one day opened the refrigerator and was off. So the food was bad. I reported I they give some recommendations to turn on.

This is a nice hotel. This was a three night stay. On night one a breaker in the room tripped I went to the desk and was quickly told how to reset it. It tripped 4 more times. The new desk person offered to move us to a different room. We agreed to relocate in the morning. Took some effort but moved. That afternoon a storm passed through and we lost TV service. The hotel is using Direct TV satellite service. It’s hard to imagine a hotel in Metro Atlanta not having dependable TV service

The stay was nice. It was clean and overall Room was good. I didn’t like how I was greeted by the person at the front desk I think his name is Kamlesh. He’s just rude. He acted like I was bothering him when I was checking in.

Not up to par for a Hilton Honor guest
My initial arrival went great at the front desk. The rest of my stay was at the best mediocre. After staying in the hotel for 1week, my room only got cleaned 2 times and that’s because I had to make the call. That is unacceptable.

Be warned!!
We were not expecting to have to pay $50 a day up front for damages that “might” occur ?!?!?. That amounted to $350. Then when we wanted to have it switched to a different credit card we were told it would take 7-10 days to refund. Thus tying up a total of $600 of our vacation money for 10+ days! The breakfast was lukewarm in temperature and not nearly as good compared to other hotels we have stayed at.
