Noisy air conditioning Had to choose between cool or quiet Loud enough to wake me up from a good sleep. Comfortable bed. Extra for making the beds. Lovely walk around backyard pond area. Out of the way directions to get to it from staff. Mixed experience.

The property was great and parking is free. Many restaurants and shops in the area. My family and I got to the breakfast bar and there was NO breakfast. A sign was stuck to the wall stating that breakfast was not going to be served and sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel states that free breakfast was provided. They put out bananas that were browning, green apples and watered down coffee. I was not happy about that and many others were upset as well.

Very nice hotel. Peaceful. Bed super comfortable! Breakfast was excellent!! Plenty of hot food. My favorite southern biscuits and gravy! Easy walk to Walgreens for any supplies.

The room did not look like the pictures on the internet wasn’t enough pillows on the bed the guy at the front desk told me it was a pillow shortage and he was very rude to me & i'm disabled & it wasn’t a couch in the room so I couldn’t sleep

Visited for a life celebration event and enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very nice and our room was clean. The breakfast was also pretty awesome. I would stay again if in the area.

It’s a nice place to stay and the staff was friendly, I like the view of the lake in the back. Cleaning could have been better it was a stain on the floor and on the cover.

Everything was great except the shuttle service. They didn’t say you had to call and schedule a ride. We waited over an hour! It was freezing outside, then they were late.

Good price and a good nights rest
This hotel seems to be a little older but has been updated. The beds, bath and room in general were clean and comfortable. The smell of the unit was clean—no perfumes or air freshener kind of smell. My negative is that the unit just really needed a deep clean—carpet, bath floor, outside of tub caulking door jams. The breakfast was very good. I felt like everything that needed to be really clean was, but just need a good deep clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

When I first got there it me three times to get into my room because every card they made for me wouldn’t open my door. The staff accommodated me and moved me to another room. Friday night early Saturday morning my car was broken into and I had some items stolen from me and my friend who had come by to see me had his vehicle broken into as well. We both had to buy new windows for our vehicles and a police report was filed. Due to you guys’ refund policy I couldn’t receive my money back for the second night of my stay. I left early because I didn’t feel safe at your property any longer.

I checked in on Friday afternoon. The room I requested was not available. The front desk person was kind enough to give me another room ( that was larger) at no extra charge. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and polite. Prior me checking out, I received text messages from my credit card regarding charges. These charges were more than expected. I went to inquire about this on Sunday at check out time. No one was at the desk for about 15 minutes. In fact the wait was so long, a kind cleaning person was passing by and asked if I had been taken care of. The lady finally returned to the desk. Her attitude and tone was rude and not hospitable at all. When I asked for clarification of my bill she was very irritated, short with a nasty attitude. One would think after not being at the front desk at the know check out time with customers waiting she would have at least not had a BAD attitude or been rude, let alone apologize for the delay. The only bad apple at this hotel was her. I hope she does not infect the other employees. Please speak with her about this.

Staff members were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast room was fully stocked with goodies. The only thing was the mirror in my bathroom- one light was out and it was difficult for me to see better in putting on my makeup

The stay was overall ok, we would like to get some compensation as their bathroom door didn't work and their heat/air didn't work and room were very warm. We couldn't adjust it. The building need lot of upkeep. We thought we are getting a star 3 hotel. Definitely, their hot breakfast was really good. Room was spacious, but stay was not comfortable.
