The condition of the lobby and my room was subpar. The refrigerator didn't work. The front desk staff were unfriendly. They barely spoke back when spoken to. They acted as if the customers were bothering them. The walls were thin; I could hear my neighbors' tvs. Just ugh.

The staff was frigid and not welcoming. Quite robotic, and lacked enthusiasm. It seemed like they were not happy to be there. They did not take the initiative to speak, welcome, or acknowledge me. There was a blister pack of medicine in the couch cushions of the lobby. There did not seem to be a "breakfast" in the morning aside from self-serve coffee. I did not like the surprise $100 deposit at check-in. All of the furniture, beds, etc. were damaged and dilapidated. The bed sagged and the outlet to the bathroom light had a short making it turn on either way the switch was thrown.

100 dollar security/no breakfast
It was once again another hotel that charges ridiculous. Security fee. $100 for one night. Stay that cost me $87. Supposedly I will get the money back today. Now I have to make sure and keep checking my account. I really wish hotels.com would provide that information prior to booking. Also hotel says it offers breakfast upon arrival. Clerk told us it's a grab and go breakfast. Okay we get up in the morning to go get our grab and go breakfast? There's no coffee. There is two muffins in a basket and some hot water with tea bags and hot chocolate. Most pathetic grab and go breakfast I have ever had. I mean seriously not even coffee?

Comfortable
Beds were kinda small being double beds, and we're used to a king size, but it was very comfortable and a nicely sized room. Considering that it was needed for a place to sleep, I didn't even notice the shower could have been cleaned better, which was the only negative to the room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Will be staying again next time I'm in town.

DISGUSTING
This hotel was disgusting. The hallways had a horrible odor, the room was filthy, and security of the hotel was compromised. When I checked in, I was not welcomed and the receptionist was not friendly. We went to our room on the third floor, through a side entrance where the door was propped open with a rock. The hallway had a strong odor. We entered the room and were instantly disgusted and attempted to find another hotel in the area but they were booked. I felt the need to check for bedbugs because of how disgusting the room was. The window in the room was open and I had difficulty getting it to shut and lock. The bed dipped down in the middle and it was like the springs were broken. The next morning I went downstairs to go down the opposite side door than we entered in and found it propped open with a rock. We left the property at 5:30am because we were unable to get any sleep due to the uncomfortableness of the hotel. This is unacceptable and I felt ashamed that I had even booked a room there.

The property was very dirty. It smelled horrible, it smelled like smoke, urine and food. The place also had bugs. Appliances were old and rusty. The carpets and headboards were stained. The room had missing couch, just an empty space. This was by far the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Very bad experience

Very disapointed. Floors were filthy as was the bathroom. Drawer of chest broken. Refrigerator not cooling so refrained from storage. Person yelling at the top of their lungs in hallway at 2:30 am. Noise from busy highway outside pretty unbearable 24/7. Elevator shakes when in use. Small flys in room. Only plus was location that was central to my needs but will never return to this hotel even if offered free of charge.

It was absolutely disgusting the floor I was put on smell like straight chemicals and made my friend cough a lot and it was very disturbing we got moved to another floor and there was roaches everywhere all under the bed so we left and I can't get a refund from them cuz I went through Expedia
