When you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous and plush living room where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV after a long day. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to enjoy your delicious creations together. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and one-half bath for added convenience. All the rooms feature Smart TVs! The home accommodates 10\. Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, is on the first floor and features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The Neighborhood Located between Atlanta and Athens, Snellville is a quiet, affluent Atlanta suburb with a variety of shopping and eateries, events and festivals, a farmers\` market, a variety of summer concerts, movies in the park and Snellville Days, the Snellville Fall Festival. Located 25 miles east of downtown Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, and tons of nightlife, partying, and loads of dining options. Getting Around The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 40 miles from the property. There are driveway and street parking if you arrive by car and plenty of other transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there is Gwinnett County Transit located nearby. Other things to note Please note the following important information before booking: This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started. Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged. Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. Upon checking into the home, we noticed that many of the items in the kitchen were not clean specifically dishes, utensils & the drawer under the stove. This drawer looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. Dried up food & whatever else which I am sure causes roaches(have pictures).One of my family members killed one roach in the dinning room area, another family member killed a spider in the downstairs bathroom & the final straw was a huge roach crawling over the microwave/stove area while we were cooking. I quickly contacted the number provided & was able to speak with Jay who was very apologetic of our experience. We advised we that we would be leaving the property & requested a full refund that was provided minus a cleaning fee that I do not believe we should have been charged due to the conditions of the home. Yes, my daughter took a shower as we were trying to get settled in. Please note that each dish/utensil we used, I made sure it was clean as I was raised to clean up after myself & respect people’s space.However, not going to waste my time. Hopefully this company will begin to take pride in their home by taking the time to view the home in between guest in order to ensure proper cleaning. ##### Kiarra J. The property description and pictures make the listing out to be an oasis escape. In reality, thoug there have been some upgrades made to the property (flooring / paint), the carpet is cheap and worn. The bathrooms are outdated and lack ventilation so the humidity is having an effect. The house was not well equipped with limited and uncomfortable furniture. The deck is very small and should not be mentioned as an attraction including the very steep backyard that is not easily accessible and thus not an attraction. There was a smoke detector that was in the basement with a battery dying, we informed someone of the sound and nothing was done and we couldn't access it. We had encounters with some cockroaches as well. Ultimately it's not the worst we've stayed in and given it was just a few guys we were fine, but if we return to the area with spouses, we'll be looking for a different place. ##### Brennan A. Not much curb appeal but the inside makes up for it. Rainy week for us so we didn’t use the backyard as it looked muddy. All kitchen gadgets were available which was very much appreciated. We had trouble with the combination lock on check in and at times but that could be our unfamiliarity.The owners were accommodating. ##### Grace S. This house had more than enough space for me and my guests. Hot water clean towels and linen. There was a broken chair in the house when i arrive. The supports were missing so i moved the chair so that no one would sit in it. Overall greta location. 45 minutes from the airport but there is convenient shopping nearby. ##### Troy C. We didn't take advantage of the amenities of the house as we were literally just there to sleep since we were there to visit family.
