Graduation trip
I rented this property to visit my grand daughter who now lives in atlanta with her dad. I hadn't seen her in person in two years. The house was as advertised, A Dream. It was clean, so roomy and very comfortable. The host was very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating; responding very quickly to message. To sum it up loved the place, loved the host. Belinda

Amazing
I went up a day earlier to get ready for my procedure just to see what adjustments needed to be made. My family and friends were so shocked at how gorgeous the place was. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and it was perfect for my 5 day stay. I recommend this place if you have a large family and you are visiting Atlanta Thank you

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful place. The deck and chairs overlooking the woods are awesome and a nice place to sit and relax. Fritz was always helpful whenever we had any questions.

Beautiful home great location
My family enjoyed this home very much! The deck is a great space and we loved that we were able to have a few meals out there. The big tree out front was in full bloom. Just overall a great experience.

Comfy homey welcoming house, well located
Two older couples found this place perfect for our 3-night stay in Atlanta. Used it as a great base camp for adventures. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, extremely clean. In a fascinating Historic District of mid-century homes. This is one of them. Strongly recommended.

What a great place to stay!
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at our house last week. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and what a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Atlanta!

Clean and great location
Great location in relation to family and friends for our brief stay in Atlanta. The house is clean though a little on the older side. Looks like some recent remodeling. Basement is under construction and about 95% done at the time of review. Neighborhood is quiet. Very close to great dining options.

Perfect for our family transition!
This was the perfect place for us to stay while helping our kids move into this sweet neighborhood! Home was clean, well-stocked with supplies, including an abundant pantry. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and felt safe taking walks to the nearby park. Owner was responsive to any questions. Look forward to returning when we’re in the area.

Very convenient location, very clean
Our stay was great! My son is moving to Atlanta for a new job. The location was very convenient to the highway. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very well stocked. Fritz even had shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Fritz was very responsive to questions.

Driway and basement need improvement
Low car won't make into that driveway (way too bumpy and curve), basement is still under renovation wich wasn't in the listing, we had to make it more livable space since first floor only has 2 queen-size and one tween size beds (listing claims 8 people capacity!) We made it work and had a good time

Wonderful Host
This was my first VRBO (I always used Airbnb) and it resulted in a truly positive experience. He was accomadating and punctual with all communications. The house was clean and exactly as discussed. I would absolutely stay in one of his properties again!

Coming to a clean property that's complimented by a great host leaves you with one thing....a phenomenal trip! Fritz was communicative from the very beginning. The house was extremely neat and very clean. The upgrades he has made as well as the renovations that are currently taking place brings a more modern feel to the home. I can't wait to come back!

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was perfect for our stay while at a conference. Fritz was quick to reply when we had questions. Everything we needed was there including a stocked pantry, laundry, nice linens, and a lovely remodeled kitchen. We will definitely choose this home again!

Nice hideaway
Our group was very comfortable in this house. Fritz has done a great deal of work to makes upgrades to the house, which has made it nice. The back deck is great during nice weather. The neighborhood is quiet, which makes relaxing after a long day easy. I would stay again.

This home exceeded my expectations! From the outside the house looks small and unassuming, but inside it is very spacious and gorgeous. The open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors and tasteful decor made us feel immediately at home. Every room in the house was very clean and nicely laid out. There were nice linens on the beds, quality towels and even toiletries in the bathrooms. It was very evident that the owner put a great deal of thought and concern in decorating and stocking the home to create a warm, welcoming environment. Questions and requests were answered within minutes. I enjoyed our time so much, I hated to leave!

Great for girls trip
We had a group of six ladies stayed here for a bachelorette weekend in Atlanta. The house was very clean and well stocked with basic necessities such as but not limited to water bottles and paper plates. Furniture in living room dining room and beds were all very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms and giant full length mirror helped us all get ready. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had an issue with the main floor toilet but the owner was very responsive and came out quickly to take a look at it. Overall a great experience for a weekend getaway!

House worked out well for the family! Good location and a nicely maintained home. We appreciate that they have remodeled the kitchen & bathrooms - making them top notch! The nice layout allowed us to easily entertain 20 family members for a meal. There was enough kitchenware to accommodate all of us as well. The owners responded to any request immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Thankfully, they were also plenty of linens as my family seemed to use towels every time I turned around. The quaint neighborhood also made us feel very safe & was great for going on a walk or run. We were all pleased.

We recently stayed in this home for a girls weekend. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. The neighborhood does an impressive Christmas light display. The home was convenient to things to do in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. I would certainly stay again in the future. In addition the owner was very accommodating.

Quiet, just the place needed for busy travelers
The Owner of this Property was overwhelmingly helpful, kind and available. The house is wonderful for those of us who travel so much. This House was perfect for the work I was doing and the amenities were perfect.. Pricing and location were perfect. the owner went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. If I am ever anywhere near this location again for work I would stay here even if the hotels were giving the rooms away.

House in relaxed area, not centrally located
We really enjoyed our stay as everything we needed was already available. A short drive to shopping and dining. My questions were quickly answered. Doorlock digital. With nice BBQ on sundeck. 2nd bathroom downstairs steep steps. Also washer, dryer there. Would rent again. Thanks Fritz
