Room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom shower had stains on the wall and the shower handle was broken and kept turning continuously. I wasn’t able to get hot water for the entire shower. It was hot for about 5 min then cold. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stay at this property whenever I am traveling through Atlanta. The staff are always welcoming and make every effort to make their guests feel welcome. On this trip, I met Julie at check-in, who noticed an issue with my reservation and corrected it immediately. She was very considerate and had a lovely sense of humor. This is one example of why I stay at this Courtyard hotel.

Promise not kept… I booked this location with my family in mind, that my older aunt would have breakfast before leaving the hotel, only to find out there is a charge… when at booking it said free.

This is the worst hotel near the airport. I do not recommend ever staying here. Their customer service is terrible and the staff here is very rude and unaccommodating.

To begin with the electric plugs on both end table lamps wouldnt hold a charging block for our phones, no hot water and we let it run for over 15 mins, i dont appreciate being told i cant use my chime credit card and then im charge 5.00 to use my mastercard debit from my bank. Also no where does it say we have to pay to park our car over night in the hotel description.

I’ve stayed here before on layovers in Atlanta. The staff is amazing. Always willing to help wherever they can. I recommend this Courtyard for ease of transportation and the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants.

Did not enjoy my stay at this property. I stayed here for two nights for a work trip. Housekeeping did not service my room once. There were burn holes in the bed sheets. This was a non-smoking room is smelled like lingering smoke. The weather was freezing outside and so was the water in the hotel. I had to shower with cold water for 3 days and then go outside in 30 degree weather every morning. Then, when I check out they said I had a charge for parking my car at the hotel. This was never stated to me at check in, be careful with this gimmick. It’s on their website but they don’t state it to you. I’ll never stay here again.

Halloween weekend in ATL
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the staff, especially Patrice @ the Bistro bar, for their hospitality and professionalism during my stay. From the ladies at the front desk, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the drivers, a young lady and the gentleman with the long dreads, the chef @ the Bistro, and once again my girl, Patrice, Miss Thing can mix a drink all made my stay in Atlanta very pleasurable!!!!! I will be back!!!!

The staff was excellent 10/10. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the good ended there. The hotel is old and filthy. There was a clump of hair behind the door in my bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Bathroom is very outdated and needs remodeling. No hot water out of the sink. There were cheap attempts to patch up areas of the hallways and rooms. I don’t understand how management is okay with running a shoddy hotel.

The pillow is stain yellow. I dont want to know what it is. Marriott should teach its employees common sense. If you would not want to sleep on in throw it away. I dont why they wanted me to sleep on this. If you dont pay attention like us, this could be you.

This is the perfect stay if you are needing a place to stay by the Atlanta airport. The first thing I notice was how good it smelled when I walked in. Not only the lobby but my room. A few small issues with some things needing repair but really minor. Overall a really nice option if you find yourself in this area.
