They put the Comfort in comfort suites , by far my favorite. They keep everything including their attitudes nice and clean .

I really can’t describe how my stay was. It wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great. The first one we were given smelled like smoke and the toilet seat was broke. We couldn’t use the bathroom without having to hold the toilet seat up so it wouldn’t touch our backs. Not my favorite part but we just asked for a room change. I wouldn’t stay again. I will say the nightly rate we paid was very generous considering the state of this hotel. If you are debating and considering this hotel because “you’re only in town for a weekend” book another hotel. Get your monies worth.

If I could rate 0, I would. I booked this hotel for my nephew birthday. He really wanted to go to the pool, that is the ONLY reason that I booked this property. Once I arrived at property ready for check in after 4pm, there’s a huge check in sign that states check in is at 3pm. There online hours are incorrect. Also upon my arrival the pool is closed. Once again the ONLY reason why I booked this hotel is because they had an indoor pool. If the property is under maintenance, it should be mention prior to booking. His entire birthday was ruined just under the misconception that this property had a pool, however it was under maintenance. The staff was not very accommodating with the issue at hand. And dismissed the issue with a very hasty attitude.

I needed to check in early. Staff were very accommodating. Room was nice and clean. My daughter and I felt safe inside and outside the building.

I was surprised at the drop in service during this last visit. No water in the front, breakfast area was a mess and no coffee. I had to ask the front person to walk over and look at the lack of service before anything was done. Hope they fix all that.

the bedding was stained, had to go ask the desk for new ones. They were also stained. Absolutely disgusting. The bathroom wasn't any better, we didn't even want to use the shower. the whole place smelled like marajuana.

I was extremely impressed by the staff. They were all so professional but personable. They always greeted me and gave out compliments. The property is the usual what you see is what you get and there could be a few upgrades like fixing chipped tubs and broken shelves in the shower but other than that, it served the purpose for my 2 night staycation.

The hotel was nice and on the outside and inside. The room was not as clean upon second look. There was dog fur on the couch, mold in the bathroom, blood droppings on the sheets and build up in the shower head. There needs to be some remodeling and updating for this hotel to really shine and provide the comfort guests require for a proper stay.

My friend and I stayed there for the night before our departure flight the following morning. For the price and for a quick night sleep, it was a nice hotel. A little older but still fairly clean. Recommend for those who need a nice, quick place to lay their head before flying :)

I was placed in a room #422 and the heat did not work at all. I reported it to the desk 2 different times, with hours in between to give them a chance to correct the situation to no avail. I stayed up the majority of the night bundled up with the temp alternating between 58-61 degrees COLD! I went to my Penske rental to heat up
