Smoking - Smoking, including weed, cigars, or vaping, is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts responsibly, and ensure no smoke enters the house to help maintain a fresh indoor environment. Checkout - All guests must vacate the home by 11 am. We work hard to clean and prepare for guests. In the event you check out late without prior discussion, a late checkout fee will apply. The fee will be half the nightly rate before 1 pm and the full nightly rate after 1 pm. Noise - No disturbances to neighbors at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Homes are monitored with decibel sensors. Occupancy - Each home has a maximum occupancy limit. No large gatherings allowed. There is a $35 per night charge for each guest + visitor over 6 people. Lost and Found - We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings left in the unit after your departure time has passed. Please contact us immediately if you find out you left something behind. Pets - With the exception of service animals, breed and pet restrictions are imposed by the property management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved by us prior to booking. Pet fees are not included in the total reservation price. If you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. We have a limit of 2 pets per home (Dogs and Cats Only). Security Camera - All cameras are exterior and records but not actively monitored. Cameras are used strictly to protect the property, not to monitor guests. Infestation - If we determine that you have brought any infestation into the unit or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses necessary to address the infestation. Parking at Your Own Risk - All vehicles parked on the premises must be registered with us prior to arrival. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THE NEIGHBORS' DRIVEWAYS OR YOU WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY. Damaged or Missing Property - Guests are responsible for any damage or theft during their stay, including to rooms, fixtures, and equipment. We may charge up to 120% of the cost for repairs or replacements, which can include property damage, missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, and compensation. Identity Verification - To prevent identity theft and ensure safety, you’ll need to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during virtual check-in for a background check. Use - The unit and amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the unit.
